What is a mini-session? 
A mini-session is a marathon of photo shoots scheduled on a specific days, at one location (Woodthorpe Grange Park - NG5). You simply register for a day and time, show up at the location, have fun with your child/kids/dog for around 40 minutes - while I capture the love on a camera!:)

Can anyone take part in the mini session?

Mini sessions are available for babies from 6 months onwards. I don't do mini sessions for newborns and small babies. There is limited number of max. 6 persons per slot for one family. This year - dogs are welcome to join!

What does a mini-session include?

Mini-sessions include a 40 minute session and 10 high-resolution digital images with printing rights plus 3 prints.

How will the 10 images be chosen?
Shortly after your session digital proofs will be available for you to view online.

Will I have the option of purchasing more than 10 images?
Yes! You may purchase additional images for £10 each.

How will I receive my images?
All images will be available for downloading via your viewing gallery or will be emailed to you.

What if I need to cancel or I am late for my slot?

Full payment for the mini sessions is taken upon booking via PayPal. Client has right to cancel up to 3 days before the session. Full refund will be given. But if a client didn't cancel booking and fails to appear at the location at specific time or is significantly late  -  refunds cannot be given. Payment may be used as a credit toward a future session with Kamila Szwalbe Photography and will expire 1 year from the date of the original session.

What if the weather is going to bad on the day?
In the event of bad weather forecast, mini-sessions will be rescheduled for the another day.  I will arrange suitable date and time at the same location.
